Return & Refund Policy

Return Timeframe
Return requests should generally be made within 30 days after the package has been delivered.

Items must be returned in their original condition and should not have been unnecessarily used, damaged, washed, modified, or altered.

Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Supporting photographs may be requested.

Return Costs
Unless the return is related to an incorrect shipment, damaged item, or product defect, return shipping expenses may be the responsibility of the customer.
